The Countryside Kitchen Classroom – Booking Terms & Conditions
Thank you for your interest in booking a session with The Countryside Kitchen, delivered by No Fuss Meals for Busy Parents CIC, a registered not-for-profit social enterprise. Our aim is to provide immersive, farm-based educational experiences that inspire healthy living, sustainability and food confidence in children, families and business professionals.
Our Commitment
We are a charitable community organisation that relies on a mix of grants, sponsorships, and donations to offer engaging, high-quality learning experiences. Many of our workshops are delivered with the help of dedicated volunteers, and each session is carefully tailored to suit the needs of the group attending.
Funded Workshops
Some of our sessions are fully or part-funded by external sponsors, project donors or grants. In order to fulfil our funding agreements and secure future support, we kindly request permission to:
- Take photographs and short videos during sessions
- Collect feedback from participants and/or organisers
You will be asked to sign a photo and feedback consent form as part of your booking or on arrival. All content is used sensitively and with respect, for reporting and promotional purposes only.
Paid Bookings & Cancellation Policy
For sessions that are not fully funded and require payment:
- Full cancellation refunds can only be given if notice is received at least 4 weeks prior to the scheduled session.
- Cancellations within 4 weeks will not be refunded except in exceptional (force majeure) circumstances, such as serious illness, bereavement, or unforeseen emergencies. We may ask for reasonable evidence in such cases.
- We work hard to adapt sessions to suit each group, and last-minute cancellations have a significant impact on our ability to deliver our charitable aims.
Our Right to Cancel
We will only cancel a session in extreme circumstances, such as:
- Illness or unavailability of key staff or volunteers
- Unsafe site conditions (e.g. extreme weather, equipment failure, biosecurity risks)
In these rare cases, we will work with you to reschedule the session at the earliest opportunity or offer a full refund if preferred.
Tailored Sessions
We strive to co-design every experience with our visiting groups to make the most impact. We ask that you communicate clearly with us about any needs, expectations, or requirements at least two weeks prior to your visit, so we can ensure everything runs smoothly.
If you have any questions about our terms or need to discuss your individual circumstances, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are committed to being flexible and supportive wherever we can.
Thank you for supporting The Countryside Kitchen – helping communities grow, cook, eat and discover together.
