New in the Honesty Shop: Gloucester Old Spot Chipolata Sausages

We’re excited to introduce a new addition to our honesty shop — Gloucester Old Spot pork chipolata sausages, made using our own farm-reared pork.

Produced by Joseph Morris Butchers, these chipolatas are made with care, skill and respect for the animal, using pork from our Gloucester Old Spot pigs. This traditional British breed is known for its exceptional flavour, thanks to slow growth and high welfare standards.

The sausages come in trays of 12, making them perfect for family meals, quick suppers or sharing, and are available in our honesty shop for £5 per tray.

This is food with a story — local, low food miles, and rooted firmly in our farm-to-fork ethos. From raising the animals to working with a trusted local butcher, we believe in keeping food systems transparent, traceable and community-focused. By choosing produce from our honesty shop, you’re supporting sustainable farming, local businesses and a more connected way of eating — where you know where your food comes from and who it supports.

Trading profits from the honesty shop support our educational work.
